This workshop is a unique opportunity to learn about a new approach to parenting while at the same time practicing the comforting art of crocheting. In this six-session workshop we will dive into the book Rest Play Grow by Deborah MacNamara and at the same time get you started on a crochet project.
Through six engaging sessions you will:
- Explore the teachings of internationally acclaimed author Deborah MacNamara.
- Gain new insights about childhood development and parenting with guidance of developmental psychologist and psychotherapist Urška Žugelj.
- Become crochet savvy with support from Sanvila Domić, preschool teacher and founder of Chvor.
- Explore relationship-friendly ways to raise your children.
- Get support on your parenting journey.
- Connect with your local parent community.
- Offer yourself a chance to rest, play, and grow while creating your own crochet project.
The printed book and all materials are included in the price. We will meet in person in Dedinje, Belgrade, on Wednesdays – the 1st and 15th December, 12th and 26th January, 9th and 23th February from 9am to 11am. If you miss a session we will have you covered.
