Women over 50 have unique needs and challenges. Having a network of like-minded women, where you can share thoughts, ask questions, and provide insight, can do wonders for your ability to cope with life’s hurdles.
The virtual Women’s Support Network is in a workshop format and will meet for one hour once per week for seven weeks starting January 10th. Click the link below to see more detail on the topics for each session.
Your facilitators, Jane Rumsby and Elisabeth Escobar, have been working together since 2005 in a variety of settings, helping people of all ages with a wide range of issues. Jane is an educator and counselor with 30 years’ experience in the classroom. Elisabeth is a Master’s level psychologist who is presently working with individuals of all ages as well as couples and families.
See Jane’s and Elisabeth’s bios below.
Our approach is to provide a safe space for grace, as we like to say, where individuals can explore thoughts and feelings as well as share their hopes, courage, and wisdom. The focus of the group will be to support one another by sharing or simply by listening.
We will focus on women over 50 for this particular group. Total class size will be 12 participants. Sessions begin at 10:00am US East Coast time / 4:00pm (16:00) Central European time zone.
The fee is 10 Euro per session, and we ask for that to be paid in full before we begin, via PayPal or wire transfer.
If you would like more information, or to sign up, contact Elisabeth Escobar at: [email protected] and please put “Women’s Support Network” in the subject line.
